Job Responsibilities
- Advocate for your clients in a range of court cases, arbitrations, and alternative conflict settlements.
- To create strong legal arguments and strategies, conduct legal research and examine statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Give customers legal assistance and recommendations on a variety of topics, including as estate planning, real estate, corporate transactions, and intellectual property.
- Work together with coworkers, paralegals, and other legal experts to guarantee effective and efficient case management.
- Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, protecting the privacy and interests of your clients.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from an accredited Nigerian university.
- 4-year minimum of relevant legal experience in Nigeria, ideally at a law firm.
- A barrister in Law qualification from the Nigerian Law School.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and software applications used in Nigeria.
