Job Description
Mshel Homes Limited needs a highly qualified and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate would have good analytical skills and real estate industry expertise. As a Data Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform our business choices and enhance operations.
Job Roles
- Gather, clean, and evaluate data from several sources to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze massive datasets to discover trends, patterns, and insights that promote business goals.
- Create and maintain data reports, dashboards, and illustrations using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI technologies.
- Connect with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver relevant insights.
- Develop and deploy data models and algorithms to address complicated business issues.
- Conduct statistical analysis to help make business decisions.
- Track and assess data quality and performance metrics.
Skills & Requirements
- B.Sc in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Expertise with data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and share large volumes of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the ability to convey complicated data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of database management and data cleansing processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude to identifying and meeting business requirements.
