Role Purpose
– Establish the new import spirits supply chain for Nigeria, taking into account logistics, planning, customer service requirements, and governance.
– Assure standard onboarding procedures for West and Central Supply, excellent customer service, and long-term operations in Nigeria.
– Solve problems that arise during the OTC administrative process and see through to the fulfillment of every order to achieve 90%+OTIF.
– Work together with PEM clients to provide excellent service communication, 80% SFA forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
– As a value function, cooperate throughout PEM to provide continual improvement throughout Supply.
Role Accountabilities
– Provide Nigeria with the supply chain requirements it needs to meet its growth and NSV goals.
– Provide outstanding customer support through the designated Nigerian distributor.
– To reach forecast accuracy goals, establish customer collaborative forecasting with your most important clients.
– To encourage 90%+OTIF and zero demurrage from Diageo service, make sure that every order and shipment details are correct and sent on time to Nigeria.
– Participate in information sharing and continuous improvement to promote operational excellence in West and Central Africa.

-Together with the larger West and Central team, the H&S Specialist will raise awareness of the need for health and safety and take the lead in preventative measures. • Encourage safety and health initiatives
Role Accountabilities
– Application of Policies and Procedures: Oversee the development and application of corporate health and safety policies and procedures, making sure that Diageo requirements are met.
– Evaluate each demand event plan to make sure that the health and safety management has been superbly planned.
– Make sure the Enablon app is used to report all H&S hazards in the area and to monitor the measures taken.
– Make sure that all new hires are oriented to H&S regulations and prepared to operate in a zero-harm environment at all locations.
– Educate people in West and Central Africa about safety.
– Regarding Nigeria: Compliance with Laws: Analyze Nigerian H&S laws and advise employees appropriately to guarantee that rules are followed.
– Collaborate with international health and safety teams to implement all new programs.
Experience, Leadership, and Qualifications
– certification as an expert in workplace safety and health,
