Job Description

Experts in the field and people who are passionate about achieving results for customers are what we will only hire. To expand our team, we are looking for a UX Content Writer with talent. The ideal applicant will be in charge of producing and refining user-focused content to improve our digital products’ overall user experience. Strong writing abilities, a thorough comprehension of user experience principles, and the capacity to collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers are all necessary for this position.
This full-time position provides a stimulating chance to support our goal of using cutting-edge technological solutions to transform the finance sector. Our UX Content Writer will create engaging and guiding user-centric content.
To build smooth and intuitive digital experiences, our UX Content Writer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate user-centric material that engages and guides users.
Job Functions:
- Create material that is focused on the needs of the user, such as newsletters, blogs, copywriting, and website design.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary groups to develop digital experiences that are easy to use and fluid.
- Create lucid, succinct, and captivating material for web and mobile applications. This includes instructional text, error messages, microcopy, and help information.
- Provide content that is consistent with our brand’s voice and tone so that it appears on all user interfaces.
- Work together with UX designers to produce prototypes and wireframes that seamlessly incorporate content.
- To comprehend the needs, habits, and pain points of the target audience, conduct user research.
- Take part in usability testing and evaluate the outcomes to provide well-informed content suggestions.
- Get input from stakeholders and users to keep improving the efficacy and quality of your content.
- Collaborate directly with UX designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to make sure that content advances user objectives and improves the user experience as a whole.
- Provide stakeholders with content strategies and copy, taking their feedback into account and making any necessary changes.
- Attend cross-functional meetings to ensure that content strategies are following project objectives and schedules.
- To find chances for content improvement, do gap analysis and content audits.
- Make sure all users can easily locate and comprehend the material by optimizing it for search engines and making it accessible.
- Make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvement by using analytics and data to assess the impact of content.
Job Requirements
- English, communications, journalism, marketing, or a similar discipline at the bachelor’s degree level.
- At least 3 years of verified work in the banking or Financial services sector, Fintech, or Digital banking, preferably as a UX Content Writer or UX Writer and Content Strategist.
- Familiarity in collaborating with product managers, developers, and designers in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Excellent understanding of information architecture, usability, and UX principles.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch, as well as content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in conducting usability tests and user research.
