Job Details
To join our vibrant team, we seek a highly driven and experienced ticketing and tour officer. The chosen applicant will coordinate tour packages, perform ticketing operations, and give our customers exceptional customer service.
What We Expect Of You
To work with us, we have the following important responsibilities for you:
- Handle reservations for flights and print tickets.
- Create, plan, and market travel packages.
- Respond to consumer questions and offer travel advice.
- Handle ticket and tour cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
- Make sure that corporate policies and travel laws are followed.
- Organize with lodging establishments, airlines, and other service providers.
- Retain current information about trip destinations, goods, and services.
- Give your clients post-travel assistance.
Qualifications
- Solid background working in the travel sector as a ticketing and tour officer or in a related capacity.
- 4 years or more of experience.
- Competence with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizing abilities.
- The capacity to multitask and perform well under duress.
- Knowledge of travel laws and guidelines.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.

Educational Requirements
To be hired for this position, it’s recommended to have a degree in one of these disciplines:
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a similar subject is advised.
