About the Entry-Level Recruitment Program for Young Graduates
The Access Bank Entry Level Program is a program designed for fresh graduates who have just finished their graduate program and are below 30 years of age. Individuals from any discipline of study are welcome to apply for this program as it is a merit-based one.
To be eligible to apply, the certification requirement is pegged at Second Class lowers upward.

Application Requirements for Qualified Candidates
- You must have a minimum of B.Sc degree in any discipline
- You must not be older than 26 years at the time of applying
- You must have completed the NYSC
- You must have a minimum of Second class lower from a reputable university (2:2)
- If you have a Masters, you must not be older than 28 years at the time of applying
