Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The Loan Officer will be in charge of analyzing, authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications for clients in accordance with specified lending rules, as well as overseeing all mortgage origination processes.
Duties
- Client Relationship Management
- Examine loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare loan proposals for approval, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Actively participate in business development activities to establish new client relationships and broaden the loan portfolio.
- Keep accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Prepare frequent reports summarising lending activities, portfolio performance, and sales goal achievement.
