Job Duties
- Supervise daily farm activities.
- Assign duties to employees
- Enforce company policies.
- Prepare and explain the budget for farm supplies.
- Keep a record of all materials acquired and moved from the farm.
- Develop and share work plans.
- Employee training for increased productivity
