We are searching for a General Manager to join our chain of retail pharmacies. As general manager, you are in charge of managing our entire business, including the expansion of our drugstore network and its profitability. This entails maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, overseeing personnel, maximizing our operational effectiveness, and ensuring we comply with all applicable legal obligations.
Qualifications
- A keen understanding of business
- Bachelor in Pharmacy
- An MBA or additional business degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of verified experience in a senior management position, ideally in retail or healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizing, and leadership abilities.
- Capacity to create and carry out strategic initiatives that promote growth
- Thorough understanding of financial management, retail operations, and legal needs.
Job Duties
- Supervise each of our pharmacy outlets’ day-to-day operations.
- Create and execute operational guidelines and practices in line with our mission.
- Examine financial records and indicators to track and enhance profitability.
